What is Refundid?
Refundid is a third-party service that allows you to create a return for an exchange, instant refund, store credit, or standard refund.
Please note that all returns must be posted within 7 calendar days to avoid any charges or the reversal of your refund.
How does an Instant Refund work?
All you need to do is select Instant refund as the return method.
No need to wait for your parcel to reach us, Refundid will submit your refund to the nominated bank account immediately
*Just ensure your return is in the post within 7 days to avoid your refund being reversed.
How does an Instant Exchange work?
Our Instant Exchange option allows you to quickly swap your item for a different size or a different item. Simply book your return and place your exchange order at the same time.
You’ll only need to cover the return shipping fee of $11.35.
Please note: New orders are shipped with standard shipping only and exchanged items are not eligible for a refund and can only be returned for store credit.
Can I use Refundid if I made a purchase with Afterpay, Klarna or PayPal in 4?
Yes, you can! Refundid will still provide a refund to your nominated account if you have used Afterpay, Klarna or PayPal in 4.
Please note that if you haven’t paid for your items in full, you will be required to finish the payment instalments to avoid paying any dishonour fees from your buy now pay later service.
When can I expect my Refundid refund?
Refundid refunds work within seconds. As soon as you complete your return, you’ll receive a returns label via email and a refund back to your nominated bank account.
Are there any additional charges when I use Refundid?
Refundid is 100% free to use. All we ask is that you cover the cost of your pre-paid returns label ($11.35), which will be automatically deducted from your refund total.
